If a filling, root filling, inlay, crown, or dental implant needs replacement within a year, it will be replaced at no charge, except in these cases:
- Initial treatment was temporary
- A more suitable treatment was recommended
- For dental implants, additional advised treatments like bone grafting were not followed
- Replacement is due to trauma
- An exact replacement isn't suitable
- Additional treatments have been performed on the tooth since the initial treatment
